ReWiGo is hosting our second full workday of 2012!  This event, open to students, youth, and adults, involves serving people throughout the greater Clemson area.  We begin at 10am and will wrap-up at 5pm.

We gather in the late morning for prayer and a short devotion (eat before you come).  Then we will go out to sites to meet the site leader, who will already be there geared-up and ready.  ReWiGo provides all the tools and materials, though we ask participants to consider bringing some money as a donation to help us cover the cost of food, materials, etc (you put it in our Joy Jar when you get there).  A recommended donation is $10.  (You can also donate on our website!)

This workday our projects (thus far) will include:

• Completing a roof for a family in Walhalla complete with trusses and tin, and
• Collecting and splitting firewood to provide to families this winter who rely on wood to heat their homes.

Plan to be around until 5:00 PM.  We're currently limited to 12 volunteers for this workday, so register early!  If you have any questions, e-mail sara@rewigo.org.

This workday we'll be meeting at Clemson United Methodist Church on Frontage Road in Clemson (it faces Hwy 123).
